Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Australia Standard: 2–8 business days
- Australia Express: 1–4 business days
- International: 4–10 business days

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders shipped to the United States, where applicable taxes are covered by us.
Returns
What is your returns window?
We offer credit notes for returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders and 21 days of delivery for international orders.
How do I start a return?

Can I return swimwear?
Yes, you can return your item for a credit note, provided all hygiene requirements are met. Any item returned without the hygiene sticker intact will be declined. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
