Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we take hygiene and quality seriously. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.


Returns eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced swimwear within 14 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused

  • Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, sunscreen, deodorant, body oils, marks, stains, odours or damage

  • Hygiene stickers must be fully intact, untampered with and securely attached

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, any swimwear returned without an intact hygiene sticker will be automatically declined.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are subject to the same return conditions outlined in this policy once the order has been delivered.

  • A pre-order may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund

  • Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is treated as a regular order and must meet all return conditions (including hygiene requirements for swimwear)

  • Return requests for pre-orders must be made within 14 days of delivery


Trying on swimwear

We understand you may need to try on your swimwear. When doing so, please:

  • Try items over your own underwear

  • Avoid wearing swimwear for extended periods

  • Do not remove or alter the hygiene sticker

Any signs that swimwear has been worn beyond a brief try-on will result in the return being declined.


How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email hello@stmaci.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked return service

  • St. MACI is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Refunds

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after inspection

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund


Sale items

Unless required by law, sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy.


Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact hello@stmaci.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Important notes

  • Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be declined and returned to you

  • St. MACI reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use or damage

  • Repeated returns that do not meet our policy may be declined in the future
