St. MACI RETURNS POLICY


Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we take hygiene and quality seriously. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Items must be returned within:

  • Fourteen (14) days of delivery for Australian orders
  • Twenty-one (21) days of delivery for international orders

Returns received outside of these timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at an additional shipping cost.

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, sunscreen, deodorant, body oils, marks, stains, odours or damage
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Have the hygiene sticker fully intact and untampered with
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

For hygiene reasons, any swimwear returned without an intact hygiene sticker will be automatically declined.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered items are subject to the same return conditions outlined in this policy once delivered.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, pre-orders are treated as regular orders and must comply with all return requirements, including hygiene requirements for swimwear.
  • Return requests for pre-orders must be made within the applicable return period following delivery.

TRYING ON SWIMWEAR

We understand that you may need to try on your swimwear before deciding on the perfect fit.

When trying on your swimwear, please:

  • Try items on over your own underwear
  • Avoid wearing swimwear for extended periods
  • Do not remove, tamper with or alter the hygiene sticker

Any signs of wear beyond a standard try-on may result in the return being declined.

STARTING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email hello@stmaci.com within the applicable return period and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ST. MACI cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • We ncourage uou to reuse the original packaging for your return. Our shipping boxes include a second adhesive strip to securely reseal the parcel.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

STORE CREDITS & REFUNDS

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Approved returns that meet the requirements of this policy will be issued as either:

  • A store credit; or
  • An exchange, where approved and subject to stock availability.

Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or for approved pre-order cancellations made prior to dispatch.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing following inspection. Additional processing times may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

SALE ITEMS

Unless required by law, sale items, promotional purchases and items purchased using a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, please contact hello@stmaci.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact hello@stmaci.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the fault

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items returned that do not meet the above requirements may be declined and returned to you at your expense.
  • ST. MACI reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage or alteration.
  • Repeated returns that do not comply with this policy may be declined in the future.
