We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. Below you’ll find our shipping options, rates and delivery timeframes.

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

We offer both standard and express shipping within Australia.

Standard Shipping

  • $8 AUD

  • FREE on orders $200 AUD and over

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping

  • $20 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

Standard International Shipping

  • $20 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing and local carriers.

 

Processing times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Customs & duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes

Delivery delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, St. MACI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events or circumstances outside our control

 

Incorrect address or missed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details
